2. Services Provided

Turf 'n' Courts specializes in:

• Artificial grass/turf installation for residential, commercial, and sports applications
• Custom sports court construction (basketball, tennis, pickleball, etc.)
• Landscaping and outdoor surface solutions

Specific project details, pricing, and warranties will be outlined in separate service agreements.

3. Project Estimates & Payments

• Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
• A deposit may be required to schedule installation
• Final payment is due upon project completion unless other arrangements are made
• Additional charges may apply for changes to original project scope

4. Installation & Property Access

• Client must provide clear access to the work area
• Client is responsible for marking underground utilities prior to installation
• Installation timelines are estimates and subject to weather and other conditions

5. Warranties

Turf 'n' Courts provides warranties on materials and workmanship as specified in your service agreement. Warranties do not cover damage from:

• Improper use or maintenance
• Acts of nature (floods, storms, etc.)
• Unauthorized modifications

6. Messaging Terms & Conditions

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive informational and promotional messages from Turf 'n' Courts regarding:

• Appointment reminders
• Project updates
• Service offers

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for assistance or STOP to opt-out. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

7. Limitation of Liability

Turf 'n' Courts is not liable for:

• Consequential or incidental damages
• Issues arising from improper maintenance
• Natural wear and tear over time
• Acts beyond our reasonable control

All content on our website (designs, text, images, logos) is our property and protected by copyright laws.
